Our History

Established in 1977, Revco Products, Inc. (RPI) was the creation and vision of David S. Gonzales. David’s entrepreneurship began with his last assignment from his last employer, Hotel Security Systems of Santa Ana.

Revco Products, Inc. (RPI) can offer our customer's complete in-house design services using PADS layout for PCB layout printed circuit board layout.We use Orcad schematic capture for your schematic requirements and Auto-Cad for mechanical design. Also (RPI) has the ability to view your product design requirements using SolidWorks for design evaluation or presentation.

We will work with your team in our process we call AID (Assist in Design) to take your vision from a rough draft drawing to a functional prototype in as little as ten (10) days. Then we take things up a notch. Our staff is willing to visit your facility to help develop a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) strategy to reduce cost and find efficiencies before production starts.

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Box Build Design

RPI offers prototype and production design, RPI staff and engineers can offer a variety of roles in your PCB Design needs. Some of our clients rely on RPI as their primary engineering partner. Our project engineers have many years of experience in micro-processor and micro-controller hardware and software design and have in-depth experience in, in-circuit and functional testing and CheckSum testing and in micro-controller software.
